Airport Crossing
IMCI just handled another successful event coordinating the set up the tent, catering, design and production of the displays and invitations and décor of the event launching Airport Crossing under a tent in the middle of 55 acres of land ready for development just north of the Calgary Airport. Over 50 people braved the cold to have a quick lunch, wine and a latte and hear the news of the new development.

International Livestock Congress
Since 2005 IMCI Events has managed the speakers of a full-day speaker program with over 350 attendees annually. This congress is unique as it includes a two-day tour of Alberta's beef industry leader locations and facilities and a half-day issues forum for 20-plus international and Canadian agricultural students who have qualified through rigorous judging criteria. IMCI organizes not only the plenary session from start to finish, but the reception and the student program.

Agricultural Biotechnology International Conference
2013 is the second time that IMCI Events has taken on the challenge of bringing the world's agricultural biotechnology leaders together in Calgary. IMCI handles this turn-key event with a committee of nine, coordinating all aspects of the conference from promotion around the world, attendee registration, site logistics, speaker programming, sponsorship programming and sponsor support, all while keeping a keen eye on the budget.

LDM Foods Grand Opening
From complicated to handled is the best way to explain the LDM Foods opening celebrations in Yorkton, Sask. This event included a tour of the canola crushing plant (both physically and virtually), a golf tournament, executive reception and dinner with local entertainment, opening ceremonies and ribbon-cutting with international and local officials, a beef barbeque for over 1,200 attendees, plus Ukrainian dancers and involvement from the local 4-H club members and a tour of an antique equipment museum. What more could you ask for in a special event?

Louis Dreyfus Commodities Stampede Event
For 13 years in a row, IMCI Events has organized the best Stampede party in Calgary (and hey, that's saying something) for Louis Dreyfus Commodities. Attended by over 175 international and Canadian guests annually, we design invitations that get you yahoo'ing before you even get to Calgary. The event includes a golf tournament, attending the Calgary Stampede rodeo and a full evening event filled with good food, music, entertainment and western hospitality! This is an evening that everyone invited puts on their calendar! And we supply the Stetsons!
